- 기준인원 초과 시 1인 1박당 추가 요금이 발생합니다.(침구는 예약인원 기준으로 준비됩니다.)
- 추가 요금은 성인(12세 이상) 30,000원 / 아동(24개월-11세) 20,000원 입니다.
- 24개월 미만 영아는 2명까지 추가요금이 발생하지 않지만, 3명 이상인 경우 아동 추가요금이 부과됩니다. 2명까지는 '영아'로 선택해주시고, 3명부터는 '아동'을 선택해주세요.
- 영아와 아동 모두 최대 수용 인원에 포함됩니다
- 체크인은 오후 3시 , 체크아웃은 오전 11시입니다.
- 최대인원을 초과하는 인원은 입실이 불가합니다.
- 예약인원 외 방문객의 출입을 엄격히 제한합니다.
- 미성년자의 경우 보호자(법정대리인)의 동행 없이 투숙이 불가합니다.
- 숙소와 건물 모든 공간에서 절대 금연입니다.
- 로케트하우스는 게스트 입실 전 모든 집기와 시설의 상태를 확인하고 있습니다. 침구나 비품 등에 오염, 파손 및 분실이 발생한 경우 변상비가 청구됩니다.
- 쓰레기 분리수거 및 배출과 사용한 조리기구와 식기는 세척하여 정리해 주시기 바랍니다
- 상업적인 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 예약 취소를 원하는 경우, 로그인 후 예약정보에서 [예약 취소 요청] 버튼을 눌러주시기 바랍니다.
