Guest Guidelines & Policies
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Full guest name, contact information, and expected arrival time are required to confirm your stay.
Room rates are based on the number of guests and length of stay, and may vary depending on season and availability.
A valid photo ID and the same credit card used for booking may be requested at check-in.
Special requests such as high floor, early check-in, or late check-out are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate them.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
Non-smoking property
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.
Quiet hours
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Avoid loud music, TV, or gatherings in rooms and corridors.
Visitors
Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM and must register at the front desk if staying longer. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in your reservation.
Damage & loss
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or loss of items provided in the room during their stay.
Safety
Please keep your door locked at all times and do not share your room key or access code with others.
This is a sample refund policy for demo purposes:
If the guest cancels the reservation up to 5 days before check-in, the payment will be refunded in full.
If the guest cancels within 5 days of check-in or after check-in, the following will be charged:
The room charges for the nights already stayed, and
50% of the remaining nights of the original reservation.
No-show without prior notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the same policy will apply.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.
